Property Viewing & Inspection
We thoroughly document the property’s condition by capturing hundreds of photos and videos to protect you and your new tenants.
Offer & Purchase Negotiation
Rent is collected from tenants through our tenant portal and disbursed to your bank electronically.
Closing
We record your property’s condition and inspect essential components to ensure your property is being cared for by tenants.
Listing
Based on your goals, tenant history, and updated market factors, we work with you to create a lease renewal offer or coordinate move-out and new tenant search.
